ECA SPECIAL ACCREDITATION OF THE SECOND WORLD SUMMIT FOR SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN DOHA AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Second World Summit for Social Development

With the Eco Clean Active Initiative's special accreditation to the Second World Summit for Social Development, we are pleased to announce an expression of interest from youths to represent the organization at the conference in Doha, Qatar, from November 4th to 6th, 2025.

Eco Clean Active Initiative, a youth-led organization in Nigeria addressing environmental issues, climate change, and enhancing sustainable development goals with UNFCCC observer status, special accreditation to the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4), UN Water Conference, Summit of the Future, United Nations Conference on Land-Locked Developing Countries (LLDC3), and Second World Summit for Social Development.

The Second World Summit for Social Development presents an exceptional opportunity for global leaders to converge on pressing social issues. This gathering aims to foster an inclusive dialogue on sustainable development strategies that directly impact the well-being of individuals and communities worldwide.

Key Themes and Objectives

The three-day event's thematic discussions will focus on crucial topics such as poverty alleviation, education, gender equality, and social inclusion. The summit aims to outline actionable steps that can be taken by governments and organizations to counteract social disparities.

In Doha, world leaders will come together to redefine strategies for social progress, strengthen global partnerships, and promote inclusive policies that foster equitable opportunities for all. The goal is to build societies that are more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable.

The Summit will serve as a pivotal platform for dialogue, cooperation, and joint solutions, convening governments, international organizations, the UN system, civil society, cooperatives, academia, the private sector, and experts to strengthen international cooperation for inclusive social development.
